Darling, the community of Birmingham are the coolest I know. They know how to have a good time, and they also know how to give back to those most vulnerable in our incredible big city.
I have always believed that charity begins at home and that all individuals and businesses should support and engage in charity work however they can. We know it's not always possible, so me and my team put our thinking hats on and came up with a few fun ways we could help our customers and our community.

Charities play a significant role in supporting and caring for the most vulnerable members of our community. But to continue the incredibly valuable work they do, they rely on charitable contributions from businesses and individuals across the UK, people like you and me. And every little bit helps, right?
This year, my maternal instinct drew me to an important cause: Birmingham Children's Hospital. This incredible charity provides help and support to children (and their families) across Birmingham who are suffering from a variety of medical conditions. Birmingham Children's Hospital believes all children deserve to enjoy their childhood, regardless of the medical conditions they may have, which is why it provides specialist paediatric care to more than 100,000 children across the UK and beyond. That includes advanced treatments, complex surgical procedures and cutting-edge research, all designed to improve the quality of life of our vulnerable children. We believe the work this charity does is incredibly valuable, and we are proud to support and fundraise for them.
There are lots of ways that people like us can make a positive contribution to local charities. One is by engaging in (or creating) fundraising opportunities, such as signing up for an event and asking customers, vendors, friends and family members for sponsorship. My hard-at-work team do exactly that, getting involved in the fundraising activities Birmingham Children's Hospital offers us.
Another way businesses like ours can fundraise is through the delicious goods we provide, and that's exactly what we've decided to do. Why not sip on a tantalising, refreshing mocktail like Passion and Soar AND help a charity at the same time? When customers order our popular Passion and Soar mocktail, 20% of the £6 price is donated to the charity. The act of giving never tasted so good.
On top of that, the wonderful diners I welcome into my culinary playground are invited to add an extra £1 to their bill, which is passed straight on to this very worthy charity. We encourage our customers to donate whenever they can.
