Lead the kitchen that makes Lulu wild: dim sum made in-house, wok cooking with real fire and menus that change with the seasons. We want a chef who sets standards, develops the team and treats consistency as a point of pride.

Our bar is half the show. We are after bartenders with a welcoming attitude, an interest in cocktails and mixology, and the composure to keep a 2am Saturday running smoothly while making it look easy.
